Challenge
Moose Enterprises approached Deepend with the Trash Pack brand that was experiencing a high growth period in Australia and international markets. They needed a website that took the brand to a new level and provided an engaging place for their customers to interact with the Trash Pack brand. Moose Enterprises wanted to integrate a strong social media presence into the site as well there by creating a conversational platform between company and customer.
Response
Deepend felt that the website needed to be simple and uncluttered with a really easy to navigate user interface (UI). The product itself provided Deepend with a fun and colourful foundation to work from and allowed for the design to engage the intended target audience easily. The incorporation of a fly swatting game on the homepage is just one example of using highly technical solutions to create engagement with the site’s users.
Result
When the Trash Pack website went live the results where unprecedented and knocked all the key statistics out of the park. Conversion sat at the 50% mark across all benchmarks and the user responses were extremely positive. Having received over 500,000 hits since going live the site is one of the most successful to pass through the Deepend studio.
