Taking Venue Sales into the Future

Creating a sales platform worthy of a future Sydney icon
 

Challenge

Spending over a Billion dollars on refurbishing their entire offering, Echo Entertainment and The Star required a platform for Venues sales staff to drive conference and event sales. Not only did the platform need to position the development as Sydney latest and greatest event space, it also needed to do so before considerable components of the development had even begun.  

Response

Utilising the iPad platform, Deepend developed a bespoke tablet application that sought to promote the development as it came to life. The piece contained numerous 3D flythroughts of the proposed spaces, as well as more utilitarian content, such as seating plans and room configuration maps. 
 

This painted a clear picture of the breadth of the Stars developing conference and event offering, showcasing it in a suitably modern and layered design.  

Result

The resulting piece is a highly interactive, visually rich sales tool, that serves to position the Star as the high end conference and event venue that it is destined to become. The use of the iPad as a sales tool means that the Sales team can gain access to an updated version of the presentation no matter where they are in the world, by simply syncing their computer. This allows the Star to update the piece with real imagery of new spaces and rooms as they are completed.
