An Organisation That Cares
Challenge
The National Stroke Foundation has for a long time been the foremost organisation that looks after the support of victims of stroke. It works towards making the wider community aware of stroke and the steps that can be taken towards prevention. When the National Stroke Foundation approached Deepend, their major concern was making the site a great repository for information regarding stroke. The foundation wanted information to be really accessible in an easy to navigate user interface (UI).
Response
The design that we created for the National Stroke Foundation stayed true to solving the problem of making information accessible. The design really opened up the site and provided a clean and engaging user interface that allowed for the differing content approach of the client due to the varied audience demographics that the site receives.
Result
With close to 40,000 visits to the website since go-live, the site has presented a major opportunity for the National Stroke Foundation to have stronger interactions with their stakeholders. Moreover, the success of the site has allowed the foundation to create meaningful conversation with those that have been affected by stroke or are seeking information. With over 35% of traffic to the site being returning visitors it can be deduced that the challenge of making the site a repository of information regarding stroke has been resolved.
