Challenge

Tom and Teddy approached Deepend with a brand that had several challenges it had to overcome to reach anticipated levels of success. It was a new brand in the already booming online retail market, as well as an international brand that was positioned as a product that only certain audiences would be interested in; father’s and son’s swimwear.

Response

In response to the challenges posed by the client in reaching the target audience, Tom and Teddy encapsulated an easy to use CMS with a seamless user interface and engaging design. The design of the site really plays to the strengths of the brand and brings a novel air to the concept of matching swimwear. The site also possesses a strong social media presence which has helped the brand to reach a wider audience and of course create conversation with their customers. 

Result

Since going live the site has received over 20,000 views with strong interactions with people from over 20 countries around the world. Sales through the online store have steadily increased since the site has gone live. The resolution of all the challenges that the client had was the greatest result achieved through this website, Tom and Teddy has been established as a benchmark fashion retailer in the digital space.
